These Terms apply to all Users of the Website and Services, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

The specific details, scope, and pricing of each Service are described on the relevant pages of the Website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.
Our Services are strictly administrative and filing services. We assist you in preparing and submitting necessary documentation to relevant Authorities (such as Companies House and HMRC) based on the information you provide.
We facilitate the process of company formation and related registrations according to standard procedures and requirements specified by the Authorities.
IMPORTANT: We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory firm. We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, or any other form of professional advice.
Any information provided on our Website, in our documentation, or through our communications is for general guidance purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for professional advice from qualified legal, accounting, tax, or financial professionals.
Your use of our Services does not create a solicitor-client relationship, accountant-client relationship, or any other professional advisory relationship.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and suitable for your needs, and for seeking independent professional advice regarding the legal, accounting, tax, and financial implications of company formation and running a business.
To access certain features of the Website or place an Order for Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services, if We suspect that the information you provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or not current, or if you violate these Terms.
To order Services, you will select the desired service(s) on our Website, provide the required information, and proceed to checkout. Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Services.
By placing an Order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide to Us is accurate, complete, and true.
Your Order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your Order and are processing it ("Order Confirmation"). A contract for the provision of the Services will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse any Order for any reason at our sole discretion. If We reject your Order after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount paid.
Prices for Services are displayed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. Prices will be clearly stated during the order process.
Payment for Services must be made in full at the time of placing the Order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via the methods indicated on the Website.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at the applicable UK rate, where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Our VAT Registration Number is 479 6012 38.
Important Note on Third-Party Fees: Our service fees cover our administrative work and filing assistance. They typically do NOT include mandatory fees charged by third parties such as Companies House filing fees, HMRC charges, or bank application fees. These third-party fees are payable separately or may be added to your total cost and passed on directly to the relevant authority/institution. We will endeavour to make you aware of such third-party fees during the ordering process. These third-party fees are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority/institution.
Service delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Company formation and registration processes are subject to the processing times and workload of Authorities such as Companies House and HMRC, which are outside of our control.
We will process your Order and submit required information to the relevant Authorities as promptly as reasonably possible after receiving all necessary and accurate information from you and confirming your identity where required (see Section 13).
Delays may occur due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you, issues with name availability, queries from Authorities, public holidays, or technical problems with Authority systems. We are not liable for any delays caused by these factors or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For services like Registered Office or Director Service Address, the service commences from the date specified in the Service description or upon successful registration of the address with Companies House, whichever is later, and is provided for the period purchased. Renewal terms will apply thereafter.
Due to the nature of the Services provided (which often involve immediate or rapid processing and submission to Authorities), you acknowledge and agree that the right to cancel services under consumer protection legislation (such as the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) may be limited or not apply.
Once an Order is placed and payment is confirmed, especially where submission to Authorities is imminent or has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellation or offer a refund for the service fee. Fees paid to Authorities (Companies House, HMRC, etc.) on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances once submitted.
Refunds are typically only provided if we are unable to deliver the Service due to an error on our part and not due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., rejection by Authorities due to name issues, disqualified directors, incorrect information supplied by you, or Authority processing backlogs).
Any request for cancellation or refund must be made in writing. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis, but please be aware that refunds are at our sole discretion and subject to the limitations outlined herein.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information you provide to Us in connection with the Services, including details for company formation, director/shareholder information, addresses, and financial details for VAT/PAYE registration.
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information you provide can lead to delays, rejections by Authorities, or legal consequences for your company and its officers. We accept no liability for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by You.
You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Website or Services:
